Everything was great, including very helpful staff and favourable location in the middle of jackson. Location: the hotel was close to closest subway line/train station and sightseeing or lot of restaurants. Dined at Chainizu Serori, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

the hotel had a modern and stylish look, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the room I booked was comfortable and clean, with plenty of outlets and amenities like a water kettle and daily water bottles. the location was convenient, with Osaka and Fukushima stations within a 10-minute walk. There was also a great food hall nearby and a 7/11 next door for any last-minute needs.

It was my favorite hotel during my trip, and I highly recommend it. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The rooms are really nice and comfortable, with everything I needed like a desk, fridge, and a flat-screen TV. I loved the air-conditioning, it made the room so cozy and perfect to escape the hot Osaka weather. The private bathroom with a bidet was a pleasant surprise, it added a touch of luxury to my stay.

Personally, I didn't find the safety deposit box to be very useful, but others might appreciate it for their valuables.
